Money has the power to transform your life.

And every woman deserves that equal opportunity to take ownership over her future.

Knowing how to manage money, purchase a home, build wealth, and prepare for retirement can give a woman greater freedom to make confident decisions about her life and future.

That vision brought Latina professionals together on Wednesday for CPLC’s sixth Latina Leadership Conversation. We shared breakfast with four powerful women in Finance to hear their wisdom gained while building their careers, opening the doors of possibility for women just beginning their own journeys.

This panel included:

Patricia Garcia Duarte, Executive Vice President of Home Ownership Initiatives at CPLC

Teresa Miranda, Senior Vice President of CPLC Prestamos CDFI

Maribel Johnson, Sales/Finance Manager at Valley Toyota Dealer

And Carolina Mardueño, Vice President & Retail Product Implementation Manager at Zion Bancorporation / National Bank of Arizona

Thank you to our presenting sponsor APS for amplifying the voices of women in our community. I’d also like to thank our sponsors Valley Toyota Dealers, National Bank of Arizona, and Botco.ai.

Thank you to Patricia, Teresa, Maribel, and Carolina for sharing your knowledge and experiences to help transform our lives.

You can support our work or find resources on personal finance and how to start your business through our Women’s Business Center.

And let’s nurture these kinds of conversations in our community so we can keep growing towards a brighter future for all.

Please note the Latina Leadership Conversations are part of an ongoing series, and we invite you to keep an eye out for other similar opportunities.

Sincerely,
