Senior Housing

CPLC has expanded the supply of affordable housing opportunities with supportive services for the elderly. In particular, we provide very low-income elderly with options that allow them to live independently in an environment that offers support services such as cleaning, cooking, transportation, recreation, etc. Through the combined efforts of CPLC and our multiple funding partners, hundreds of senior individuals living in our seven complexes enjoy the benefits of quality, affordable housing in a safe environment.

Neighborhood Stabilization

In the wake of the housing crisis of 2007, CPLC became the largest contract recipient of the Federal Neighborhood Stabilization project, developing and building affordable single-family housing units for medium to low-income families in economically distressed neighborhoods. President Barack Obama visited families living in our homes in the Nueva Villas neighborhood to celebrate the success of the program.
