Empowering Minds to Transform Lives.

Corazón

CPLC Corazón is a client-centered, multicultural center with bilingual staff offering a variety of treatment modalities. We have been providing Substance Abuse treatment since 1983.

CPLC Corazón features a range of substance abuse services, including group, individual, family, and couples therapy, in addition to nightly community 12-step support groups. Our 65-bed, ADA accessible residential facility provides all meals, an on-site laundry facility free of charge, a basketball court, and a garden. We offer holistic health techniques including yoga, tai chi, chi gong, and sweat lodge.

Substance Abuse Block Grant (SABG) funding is available for residential substance abuse services.

Level II Residential Treatment Center

Our CARF-Accredited Level II Residential Treatment Center is a 30- to 60-day structured treatment program incorporating best practices targeted to the clients enrolled in the program. The center features a range of substance abuse services, including group, individual, family, and couples therapy, in addition to nightly community 12-step support groups. Our 65-bed, ADA accessible residential facility provides all meals, an on-site laundry facility free of charge, a basketball court, and a garden. We offer holistic health techniques including yoga, tai chi, chi gong, and sweat lodge.

Additionally, CPLC Corazón offers treatment to individuals who are on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) such as methadone or suboxone.

Corazón Transitional House

Readjusting to your life outside the center can be tough. Through Grace House, our transitional housing program, we help you secure safe housing as you transition out of our services and into your new life. The transitional house is exclusively offered to former clients of the Corazón residential treatment program.

At Grace House, you will find a safe environment where you can live while you seek employment, continue with outpatient counseling and case management, maintain sobriety, and prepare to achieve independence. You may be able to stay up to six months, and as a resident, you will have access to parking for your vehicle.

The staff and facility are excellent. I was given a higher level of care. I've been to other facilities and see the superior effort here.
