Downpayment Assistance
Are you a first-time homebuyer in Phoenix, AZ? If so, you’re in luck! We have partnered with the City of Phoenix to offer you financial help through the Open Doors Down Payment Assistance (DPA) program.
We can help you pay for your down payment if your total household earnings are 80% or lower than the Area Median Income (AMI). If you qualify for our program, the amount awarded will vary based on your financial need.
Homebuyer Class OnlineCounseling
Including financial assessment, development of an individualized financial action plan, and pre-purchase counseling to prepare families for homeownership. These counseling services act as a pre-requisite for a family to obtain a cost-effective mortgage loan, decrease the risk of foreclosure, and increase the ability to successfully purchase a home.
